Miranda starred in Arizona, by Juan Carlos Rubio Cruz, a play about a woman who slowly comes to terms with the reality of her husband’s obsession as a vigilante stationed near the Arizona border. The production, directed by Dorea Slagle and co-starring Emerson Buchholz, was staged and filmed during the Covid pandemic at Brooklyn’s historic Harry Warren Theater.

Miranda is featured in the music video for Mark Schwaber’s song “The Monastery On The Hill” as the young boy’s mother.

Performance, written and directed by Council Brandon, is a short film about a white woman who becomes obsessed with a younger black woman she meets at a diversity-based consciousness raising group. Miranda plays L, the lead character, searching for a sense of identity.

Miranda played “The Woman Who Likes to Make Vagina’s Happy,” the lesbian dominatrix sex worker, in The Vagina Monologues at the Charter Oak Cultural Center in Hartford, CT
